The day we got there the elevator broke down that evening. So we had to use the stairs for 3 of the 4 days we were there!! 2 bedrooms had no air conditioning and the air-conditioning that was there was not enough for the size of the apartment! Also, the kitchen needs to be equipped, better no dish towels not much for garbage. Also, no one showed me how to use the washing machine. I think it needs to be explained more and gone over everything. Also it says it’s sleep seven and yet we were charged for extra people even though we were seven not very happy with the communication there. also, there’s only one towel per person. One bathroom very small. It needs to be updated.
