The "Porta di Verona" apartment, recently renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the ideal base for those who want to visit Verona staying in the heart of the city (200 meters from the Arena), but without having to sacrifice mobility, thanks to the private garage below the house and at the strategic position, a step away from the bus and shuttle stops for the Station and the Fair.

Accommodation
A stone's throw from the Arena (via dei Mutilati 3), our apartment is ideal for a family, two or three couples or a group of friends who want to spend a stay in one of the most famous art cities in Italy, staying in the heart of its historic center.
The space consists of an entrance, an open space with a living room, a dining room and a kitchen, and a sleeping area with a corridor leading to two spacious double rooms (with the possibility of a double bed or two single beds in each room), each with relative bathroom complete with shower box.
The apartment comfortably offers space for 4 people, but there is the possibility of adding two extra seats by opening the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment, renovated in 2018, is composed of two spacious bedrooms with two beds each, which can be positioned as guests or as twin beds.
For each room there is a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower. The living area consists of a large open space with entrance, living room with sofa bed and smart TV, dining room and kitchen equipped with all comforts (stove, dishwasher, microwave / grill, fridge with freezer, kettle, moka , American coffee machine), and with everything needed for cooking.
In the living room and in each of the two rooms there are air conditioners.

The welcome to visitors is our trademark: we always leave our guests (in addition to a small welcome gift) maps, guides and an information and advice sheet that we have written, with the things we like best about our city. For those who prefer to discover everything by themselves, we will limit ourselves to wishing you a pleasant stay!

Check-in is between 3.00 pm and 8.00 pm.
Evening check-in (to be agreed in advance and in any case up to 24.00) entails a surcharge from € 20 (before 10pm) to € 40, to be paid in cash upon check-in.

We had a perfect stay at the appartment as you can reach verona arena within a walk of a few minutes and there are a lot of good restaurants very close to the appartment. Contact with Francesco was great. The appartment had enough space for 5 people and was very clean and good equipped.

Location, elegance and comfort!

Check-in with owner Francesco was seamless and the apartment was wonderful. His attention to details made our stay very comfortable. It’s clean, modern, with comfy beds and classy bathrooms, full kitchen. We ate one meal in, on a lovely long table (tablecloths provided) that made it a special occasion. Francesco’s travel tip sheets are awesome! We would definitely return here.

Great host and Awesome Location

Frcesco is a wonderful host. He met us at the apartment and shared all his recommendations of what to do and where to eat in Verona. His recommendations were spot on. The apartment is in an exactly location and it is in a quiet neighborhood. We walked all over the city easily. The apartment was clean and accurate to the description. Parking in the car box was a nice touch! We will be back.

Amazing apartment with the best location in Verona

When we came in to the apartment with Mateo we were shocked at how clean and new it looked (like we were the first ones there) .The apartment is very big and beautifully decorated with everything you need. The best part is it is located right on top of a big supermarket and right outside the old city walls so you couldn’t ask for a better location. There are lots of information pamphlets available and check-in was quick and easy! We had a great time.

This apartment is perfect for a stay in Verona! What did we like best? We can't decide. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere! 3 minutes from the Arena di Verona and a 20-minute walk from the train station. The grocery store below is new and well stocked, which is handy when cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and updated. The host was kind, responsive and concerned that we enjoyed the city. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay here again.

We visited Verona in July with our family of 5. The communication with the host was great, and we were met at the parking garage by the host to welcome us to the city and grant us access to the unit. The host was also accommodating after we added one guest from our initial booking. Parking- The parking garage felt very secure, with a locked gate entrance and a private enclosed spot in the garage. There were steps and also small elevator access if preferred from the garage to our floor to access the apartment. The building was also very secure with a locked gate and locked door to access before getting into the building. Apartment- The Apartment was extremely clean and spacious. There are two bedrooms, a pull out couch in the living room, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. The apartment itself is amazingly well located in the city and is just steps away from all of the attractions the city has to offer. It is also right next to a grocery store if you want to grab some quick items or cook at home. The air conditioning worked great which was a welcomed surprise after staying at some other locations in Europe. I would absolutely stay at this location again and recommend it for families!

Very unpleasant aftertaste.

The location of the property, its cleanliness and its facilities are excellent. However, when we arrived we were informed that the shutters were faulty and that we should take care. My children did take care, but the shutters jammed due to their age and wear and tear. The owner did not come to see us off, otherwise I would have informed him of this. He then sent me a number of unpleasant messages blaming me for breaking the shutters and seeking payment for the repair. This left a nasty after taste from the holiday, and I felt that he should have made sure the shutters were properly functional before letting the property to us.

Perfect location for exploring the wonderful compact historic city of Verona.

Only 3 mins walk from Piazza Bra/Arena the modern, bright, spacious apartment is a real gem from where we explored this fantastic city on foot and attended a stunning opera at the Roman Arena. There is no traffic noise at the apartment and the supermarket is less than one minute's walk. Francesco was the perfect host with texts, information and responsiveness. We highly recommend this top quality apartment.

OMG!

We arrived in Verona a few hours before, the time we had agreed with Matteo (Francescos son), so we parked the car near to the apartment, and went exploring in the city. We just couldn´t believe our eyes, when we came round the corner from the street of the apartment... Right there in front of us... the essence of Italy. Piazza Bra with a beautiful park and the Arena as a background. Wow what a location!! If you have to pick one place to stay in Verona, stay in this apartment. From the booking to the time for leaving the apartment, everyting has been effortlessly due to our great hosts. The appartment is very modern, clean and tidy, with air con in the living and sleeping areas (very nice when its 40 c outside) There is cable tv (very important when a dane is due to win Tour de France), and wifi. In all this apartment has everything you need... No there is not a balcony, but go and sit in the park and enjoy the atmosphere around you. Clean, comfy, and convenient!

Our family of 5 - including 3 young adults - had a very comfortable and convenient stay at this immaculate apartment in Verona. The location couldn’t be better - there is even a supermarket right next door and a secure underground parking space. The apartment is simple and modern and the kitchen is well-appointed. Best for short stays - the only drawback is a lack of views from the windows, which is not an issue if you are out and about during the day. We highly recommend our host Francesco and this tidy apartment!

Highly recommended

The apartment is the best choice for visit Verona. This comfortable, clean flat with well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms is located in the center of the old town, right next to the supermarket and close to the Arena di Verona. It’s accessible by car and with safe parking place. The hosts are very kind and helpful. We got plenty of indications about exploring Verona. It’s truly worth to stay in :)
