This characteristic country house lies only 3.5 km from the sea, 2 km from the centre of Viareggio and 20 km from Lucca; it is located in the inner of a flower garden market. It is an ideal spot for families and guests who want to go to the beach or do some shopping in one of the many fashion stores of Viareggio.
Cultural visits may be organized easily. Your children can play on the big meadow which surrounds the house or they may enjoy beach life. Immerse into night life – the area offers many clubs, pubs and bars.
There is pergola in front of the house equipped with table, chairs and barbeque; there is 1 service room with washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet with external access. The 1000 sqm sized garden has lovely meadow, olive trees and many flowers. Sunbath on the deckchairs, sun-umbrella also at your disposal. Parking within the grounds. Cosy furnishings convenient for holidays. There are 4 bicycles at the guests’ disposal. PETS ALLOWED ON REQUEST.
The little town of Viareggio was founded in the year 1200 as a fisher village – today it is considered to be the pearl of the Versilia – with its historical beach clubs, the sandy beaches, the famous promenade along the sea with modern shops, mansions in liberty style, bars and boutiques.
Entrance into a small living room with 1 sofa, upholstered furniture, exit onto the garden, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, fire-place, TV, 1 room remains locked. Stairs to the 1st floor: (on the floor in between there is 1 bathroom with tub/shower, wc, bidet), small living room with couch and upholstered furniture, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds with 1 child’s bed.
There is pergola in front of the house equipped with table, chairs and barbeque; there is 1 service room with washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet with external access.

WIFI included until 10 GB / week. There is aircondtioning/heating and mosquito nets at the windows.
