The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, there is an entrance hall shared with another apartment on the ground floor.

A member of our Team Lucca will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will meet you at the apartment to hand you the keys and they will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay. We are available by phone, e-mail or direct messaging service.

We will give you great tips to make your stay even more special and unique.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Viareggio (€ 1.50 per person per night of stay for a maximum of 10 nights; people under 18 are exempt from paying the tourist tax).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Viareggio is one of the most fascinating seaside resorts in Italy. A city with an Art Nouveau soul, elegant and refined, with historic buildings, beautiful cafes and fascinating traditions, including, above all, those linked to the celebration of the famous Carnival. Among the points of interest in the city, it is worth mentioning the Lungomare or Passeggiata Margherita with its succession of Art Nouveau buildings, Villa Argentina and Villa Paolina, the Church of San Paolino and the Church of Sant’Andrea, the Citadel and the Carnival Museum and the Matilde Tower, the oldest building in the city, dating back to the 16th century.
