Charming and recently updated, this centrally located home is now ready for your family to enjoy. Walk to the shops, cafe's and the beach. The skate park and playground are just moments away too. With a fully fenced yard, the kids and family fur baby can play together safely.

This family escape offers 3 spacious bedrooms.
Master with Queen bed and plenty of closet space.
Bedroom 2 with Double bed.
Bedroom 3 with bunk bed and single bed, sleeping 3 in the room. There is a second tv in that space also so the kids can watch what they want away from the adults.
The kitchen has all you will need to cook meals should you want to and there is a weber Q family outside too.
All bed linen and towels are included.
up to 2 behaved dogs are welcome on holiday with you with prior permission. A $75 pet fee applies.
Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Please do not book this house if you are a smoker.
No parties or functions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
