Holiday house for 6 people in Villanueva de la Concepción, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

Located three kilometers from the town of Villanueva de la Concepción, near Antequera.

It belonged to one of the first settlers of Villa del Torcal, who came here, attracted by the idea that the first inhabitants were offered land and their first-born son was exempt from military service.

This century-old house, located on the slopes of Torcal, dates back to the 19th century, and has been renovated in 2024, trying to preserve and respect its original charm.

In an 800-meter fenced area, you will be surprised when you enter to find spacious, bright exteriors ready for you to enjoy. You can sit on the porch while enjoying panoramic views, which reach from the Guadalhorce valley, through the Torcal, to the Axarquía mountains with the sea in the background.

On the ground floor you can still see its thick limestone walls, from Torcal, old windows and an original "Theater", which has been restored stone by stone, formerly used in field work.
The house has a spacious kitchen-dining room with connected uses, which welcomes you, a warm living room with a built-in fireplace and a charming bathroom.
We go up the stairs and you will see a small room where you can read, and the sun's rays can warm you through the window. You will have to choose between the three themed bedrooms:

• Rustic, with two 1.05 meter beds and stone decoration,
• Ibizan, to enjoy a splendid 1.50 meter bed and its charming Mediterranean decoration.
• Romantic, with soft tones, you can rest in a warm and romantic 1.5 meter bed.
On this floor we also have a bathroom with double sink, shower and bathtub with views.

Both inside and outside the house an attempt has been made to create a warm and cozy rustic and country decoration; Its old restored furniture and natural light as the protagonist stand out.

Outside you can enjoy its beautiful sunrises and sunsets, accompanied by its characteristic colors, smells, croaking of frogs and chirping of birds, which you can see from the porch, garden or pool. In its sky you can also discover birds of prey, which nest and live in the Torcal.
The owners attach great importance to the safety of the guests in their accommodation, which is why the house is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
