Unclear how to ask for the room to be cleaned
No information as to how to use the cooker
Not able to support non French speakng guests
Parking was suggested on the street outside-I would not regard this as safe
The property itslef was fine but was located in a very run down street.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Please note that our reservations also apply to foreigners and we do our best to meet your needs. As proof, your reservation in our establishment could well have been made. We also take the opportunity to point out that most of our customers manage to use the hotplates without needing a manual. However, we take your comments into account. Another subject we find very unfortunate the state in which you left the studio as a whole. For parking, the information was actually lacking in precision despite the google maps links communicated with GPS coordinates.

- espace couchage trop petit en longueur pour les gens de + d’1m90

Posted Jul. 31, 2022 on Hotelspb à l'accès pas de réception des codes il a fallu l'intervention de la personne chargée du ménage (Daniela) présente sur les lieux à 18H pour récupérer les codes alors que l'accès est prévu à partir de 15H
pour l'équipement ustensiles et couverts en nombre insuffisant - pas de tapis de bain
éclairage mal conçu lampe plafond unique
environnement bruyant tard dans la nuit

Chambre 5, la chambre a vécu, la lumiere du hall passe sous la porte, mais ça reste convenable, la kitchinette et la salle de bain parfait. Petite attention pour le petit dejeuner sympathique !
Seul souci, le voisinage... hyper bruyant, musique à fond, cris... heureusement, passé minuit, et l'arrivée de la pluie ont mis fin à cela, et la nuit s est plutôt bien passée... donc, pour un séjour court, ça passe, pour des vacances, faut refléchir !
