When I arrived in my room and started to unpack and set up for the night I found there were no outlets anywhere near the beds. I use a CPAP machine and need power. I tried to call the front desk with the phone in the room multiple times but it instantly rang busy each time. I called with my cell to the number listed on the website and finally spoke with someone. I explained that I needed power for my CPAP and there were no outlets near the bed and asked if they had rooms with power or an extension cord. After speaking with the manager, the person helping said they had no rooms with power by the beds nor extension cords but recommended I try the grocery store across the street. If you look at the photos on their website, you see lamps and power outlets in between the beds but my room had two large squares empty openings in the wood with screw mounting holes at each corner in the exact location where they are in their photos. I would upload a picture if I knew how to show they obviously were removed. This also resulted in zero light in that part of the room so I had to use the flashlight on my phone to check behind myself before leaving as it was quite dark. Unacceptable and zero effort made to rectify the situation. I have stayed at this location a number of times before but will not ever again.

Very nice property a highlight of our trip. Booked through 3 party it was not mentioned you have to pay for parking.

I’ve stayed here for work three times, and absolutely love this hotel! Clean and inviting with wonderful staff! I don’t even hear the people in the hall at night from my room. The rooms are great, and it’s right on the beach!

Great stay

This is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms. We found the front desk help to be polite and well trained. It is not technically oceanfront, but rather bayfront, so that was a surprise, but it is a beautiful stretch of sandy beach. Near several good restaurants so that makes it better than being along the boardwalk!
