The location of the property is excellent, the staff are lovely & friendly and our room was beautiful. We didn’t have the breakfast but it smelled very good. Would definitely recommend.

soggiorna qua e fai colazione sul terrazzino.

Il bagno aveva il wc posizionato in modo da rendere scomoda la seduta per la troppa vicinanza con il bidet ( ho il video che lo testimonia), e purtroppo l’aria condizionata aveva dei problemi perché impostata a 17 gradi non raffreddava , però ci hanno dato un ventilatore. Nulla da dire al personale o altro.

Charming hotel, made feel welcome, maybe bit noisy

Charming boutique hotel located in the old city of Viterbo. Only a few minutes walk from the main street, but a quiet location. Opened a little over a month ago. Staff was very friendly and hard-working. They did all to make you feel welcome, which I much appreciated. Cute interior and eye for detail. Room clean, mid-sized. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean, but a bit tight. Wifi connection was fine, but only close to the entrance door. If anything, I found it a bit noisy from the inside. People at the reception and in the corridors / stairs could be heard very clearly, if not loudly. I suggested a door at the reception to block the echoing.I felt a bit bad about mentioning, but was meant as improvement.

Ottima la posizione, vicina ai luoghi di principale interesse. Struttura accogliente con ambienti molto curati. Camere ampie, comode e silenziose; pulizia perfetta. Da rilevare la cordialità e la simpatia nell'accoglienza. Ottima ed abbondante la colazione. Sicuramente da consigliare e noi ci ritorneremo!
