PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA

O anfitrião é um poço de grosseria e agressividade. Sr. Ederson Will é arrogante e impõe regras que só existem na cabeça dele. Enfim... tive que remarcar a estadia pagando a mais pq foi exigência dele (apesar de ser ilegal, levando em conta as regras da Pandemia). Com o cancelamento ele não quis devolver nada do dinheiro e, inclusive, se recusa a receber ligação da própria plataforma Vrbo. Acho que pra ele falta profissionalismo, compaixão, parcimônia, coerência e humildade.
