Great view from the rooftop pool area. Parking is available, but located around the corner from hotel entrance. Shops and supermarket near by were convenient. Breakfast was good with multiple options daily. Rooms were very basic without hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, or shower caps. Overall a good hotel downtown Vitória.

It is a old building, but they keep it clean. The stuff is always friendly and polite and they serve a good breakfast. Conveniently located near shops and close proximity to everything.

Boa estadia

O hotel é bem localizado em termos de comercios. O café da manhã é ótimo e bem variado. O quarto era espacoso, limpo e com tudo funcionando, o único ponto negativo é que a acustica dele não é tão boa, então nós escutavamos parte do ruido da rua.

Longe de tudo e sem serviço nos arredores

Hotel da década de 50. Ar condicionado até gelava, mas é o de parede (caixa). Depois das 22hs não há nada aberto nos arredores, e o hotel só tem água sem gás pra vender. A localização é no centro de Vitória, falido desde a pandemia, numa região portuária sem qualquer serviço.

Hotel deteriorado e mal localizado

O hotel já deve ter sido muito bom, no passado. Porém, está deteriorado. As instalações são antigas. As louças sanitárias são antigas e estão mal-conservadas. O ar-condicionado é muito velho e barulhento. O aquecimento do chuveiro é via caldeira e demora bastante; no meu quarto, a torneira de agua fria não funcionava, então, a partir do momento em que aquecia, era quase impossível utilizar, de tão quente. O box de uma das camas estava sujo - uma sujeira grossa, seca e bem aparente. Uma das fronhas estava encardida, assim como uma das toalhas. As fotos do lobby não condizem com a realidade do hotel. A localização é ruim; o hotel está num local que fica muito vazio durante a noite e que, segundo os residentes locais, é perigoso.

Recomendo muito!! Quarto limpo, funcionarios atenciosos, localização boa perto de mercado, pontos de onibus e restaurantes, porém após as 19h não recomendo caminhar pelas redondezas pois tudo fecha e fica muito arriscado. O café da manhã é bom apenas gostaria de sugerir mais opções saudáveis além de frutas. Voltarei com certeza.

Uma boa opção de custo e benefício

Foi uma estadia a trabalho, devido a localização do hotel, no centro da cidade tínhamos uma noite tranquila, mas a acústica do quarto sofria um pouco de impacto nas horas com maior movimento de veículos na regiao

Estadia muito boa!

Apesar de ter sido só uma diária, considero que tivemos uma boa estadia. A única ressalva foi o ar condicionado que aparentemente não refrigerava o suficiente devido ao tamanho do quarto. Café da manhã também foi bom!
