From Villa Antilia you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Antilia is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Vittoria, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 4.6 km (roughly 2.9 miles), a grocery store at 3.8 km (roughly 2.4 miles) and the closest beach (Costa Esperia beach) at 18 km (roughly 11 miles). It is filled with sea water. The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. The pool is open all year round, although it is not heated.

The garden is 1200 square meters (12900 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees and by perfumed fruit trees. The garden is equipped with armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.

The first living room is paved with polished concrete. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces.
