Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (28 m2, depth 135 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 13.Oct.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, billiard table, washing machine. Motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 3.5 km, café 3.5 km, bus stop 2.8 km, pebble beach 10 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: airfield 15 km from the property. For privately use: tavern with fridge, dishwasher, dining table, cooking stove with 2 hot plates.
