Worst hotel stay ever and rip-off

Room was old, outdated, no outlets, no lights in bathroom, wifi didn't work, tv channels were going in and out, no hot tub as stated on site, phone didn’t work, toilet made noises, area was spooky and not very lit up, and staff wasn't very friendly and had no answers on problems besides that they were having issues. Waste of money and unfortunately non refundable so just had to deal with it.

There were hairs in the bed and tub/ the air conditioner was off when I came in so it was incredibly hot when I arrived at 7pm. At 9pm it hadn’t cooled down enough so I had to spend $20 on a fan. The sheets were rough. The pictures online showed a waffle maker but there is no breakfast.
