A very nice boutique hotel experience! Modern, clean rooms…great food and great service at the Brazos Bar & Bistro, from the bartenders to the servers!

Central Location

Great central location to Baylor university and Magnolia Silos! Walking distance to everything. Nice bar and restaurant. Clean and quiet rooms.

Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. Only complaint would be noise level (room to room noise) and I am not a fan of the window unit AC. I would stay here again with a noise machine.

Refuse to cancel a reservation that was mistakenly made on their end and put through the computer. When I called to at least be nice enough to tell them, this was an accident they could free up the room, the staff was extremely rude. I stayed in the hotel in the hotel is fine, but if you have any kind of issue, I would not recommend their customer service or whoever they have answering the phone either. Spent hundreds of dollars at the restaurant and staying here in the past and will no longer do so

Great Hotel

For the past 3 years, anytime we’ve stayed in Waco we have stayed in this hotel! Very clean, modern and in a great location to get to all things Magnolia. The price can be a bit pricey but if you’re looking for a “girls” trip vibe. This is it.
