I loved the plants in the foyer. Bathroom s were very clean.

Not enough staff. Happy hour advertised every day but when we were there bar was closed. Breakfast not available on checkout Monday.

The location was great, but the room was very average. The pictures of the room on wotif didn't present a true indication of the room. The bed was awful whilst the room itself was very average.

Property location is good.
Room left a lot to be desired. Crickets, spiders & centipedes in the room, the room had an odd smell.
Wouldn't choose this property again unless desperate.

Property needs regular maintenance tv did not work properly blown light globes not changed etc
But other than that okay

Did not realise it was pet friendly. Will not stay here again as I do not like the idea of pets having been in the rooms.

Hotel is showing its age. Dissappointed I did not notice that it was pet friendly. So I did not like the idea of being in a room that had been used by a dog. I do not like pets. It is cruel to cart these animals around and expect them to be in a hotel. There was a distinct smell of dogs in the hotel.
