This is an old outdated property. The management is in the process of extensive remodeling and hopefully this will be a nice property in the future. It is also in a location that is not easy to get to and that is a disadvantage.

Very disappointed in the condition.

Very run down and dirty. Parking lot very poor condition. Sheetrock ceiling and walls in very poor condition. Broken furniture and sink did not drain.

Staff was very kind but the state of the actual building was not good. The area around the elevator was "under construction" i think. It had no ceiling and there was drywall on the ground in a corner. They said the pool was out of order. It looked like a massive health hazard. I felt very unsafe walking into the elevator that had a huge half finished construction site around it. The room smelt like an old hospital mixed with smoke. The shower was pretty clean except for the hardware like the drain looking slightly rusted. The water was hot tho! Did not eat the breakfast!

First, the owners must live there, which is fine. They are friendlyish. The property is always in disarray. I always book with Expedia and this hotel is the only one that comes up in Troy MO, so always book there. I discovered another hotel in the area and will book there from now on. There is nothing "Luxury" about the Luxury Inn. The "not hot" breakfast wasn't there. I had to ask to have my room vacuumed when I checked in. 1 star hotel at best.

It exceeded my expectations for cleanliness, although some repairs were being made which gave the interior a dark appearance . My room was comfortable and clean but needs some attention to caulking in bathroom and touching up of painted walls and nicks on furniture. I would stay there again if I should pass that way.

Smelled. Hard to find a way to get to the entrance. The breakfast was only a cold sandwich which you had to heat up. Looks like it had been under construction for a LONG time! Very old.

Price was fair and room was nice. But hallway smelled like sour gabage cans. Breakfast was was little more than a few pastries, no toast or hot food and food looked day old. Building was in disarray from work being done in pool area which was closed.

I would never return to this facility. The manager seems very nice, but I don't think he realizes how seriously rundown his aging facility has become.

Everything smelled disgusting. We have to wash everything we brought. Beds were so uncomfortable. Shower had left over bits of soap bars stuck to the ground. Too expensive for such bad quality.

Worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at

the hotel was very dirty especially the shower. the towels were very dirty and yellow. i never felt so disgusted, this morning found bed bugs in my bed. I will never stay here again.

Noisy oudated hotel

Hotel was no Luxury. The hotel is doing renovations, no food service, outdated decor. Their were either guests of workers from renovation grilling and playing loud music until 2am. Check out is until 11am, but hotel card was deactivated before 10am and couldn't get back in the room, had to go to desk to reactivated it.
