Host was super responsive which we appreciated. The TV in the living room would not connect to the internet so it was unusable. It would have been nice to have more silverware so we didn’t have to wash them between every meal. The condo was nice and had a great bedroom layout for families.

We loved staying here. The community pool is amazing! My kids would stay there all day if we let them. The upstairs room with all the beds was a fun place for them to be together. Definitely recommended!

It was a nice place with plenty of room and amenities. The place was clean and stocked well with most supplies needed. The pool is pretty close and great place for kids and to cool off. The location was pretty close to Zion NP and close to restaurants and other stores. Our only real complaint was that a few things were either broken or missing. (ping pong table, no pickleballs or bbq utensils) I dont think the property manager was aware of these things but we still did not get these things for our stay.

There was little ants. The rug by the front door very slippery. Fell going out the door. The bunkbeds are not very sturdy. The air conditioner upstairs was very hot the waterpark was awesome. The host was very accommodating for letting us check in before 4. That was nice.

Overall - Pleasant Stay

The description of the property was very accurate and the double queen bunk beds were a hit. We had 10 people there and we didn't feel cramped at all. The pool and pickleball courts were a very nice amenity. On the down side, the towels were still wet when we got there so we had to use the dryer to dry those and the downstairs tv in the main living area did not want to turn on or function properly. The VRBO site said we would get the check in information 3 days in advance when booked but we only received it one hour in advance. Overall, we had a great time and the place was clean. It is stocked with the bare minimum dishes and supplies so you definitely need to bring everything you will need. The check in communication and the wet towels were ultimately what made me give a rank of 4 stars.

We were visiting our daughter who is a student athlete at Utah Tech. The location was great very close the university. The home is clean and the bedding is very comfortable. We will stay here again!

Loved the rooms, loved the pool, great location, will stay again

We had a really great stay and we'll be putting it on our list to stay at again. The condo was great with each room being exactly as advertised, and actually even nicer than expected. The beds were all comfy. The bunk beds for the kids were great. The massive TV in the bunk bed room was awesome for them. We really enjoyed the pool, splash pad, and especially the "lazy" river, which was in fact quite speedy and a good depth to really enjoy floating gone tubes or crouch-walking alongside our kids. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Garage barely fit our Minivan and another car, so we did end up parking in the extra parking spots that were less than a 1-minute walk down the sidewalk behind the condo. There could have used a few more towels and an additional set of silverware and to open the garage you had to go in through the front door and open it from the inside, but those are really minor, especially considering how great everything else was. We're very happy with our stay and we'll be planning to stay here again in the future.
