This lovely 2,100 square ft. home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath. 2 car garage AND A CONNECTED 10x 12 STORAGE AREA. GREAT FOR GUESTS IN TRANSITION FOR MOVING. The office has a very nice desk as seen in photos to use for business or pleasure . The 3 bedrooms are nicely furnished and the spacious master bedroom includes a sliding glass door with a nice patio to sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The large master bedroom has a large master bathroom as well with a large walk in closet. This home has INTERNET ( Infowest) ,65 " New Smart TV,
and WiFi password given upon arrival.
Guests pay through VRBO A cleaning service fee upon departure. NO cleaning service during your stay unless you hire and pay for cleaning service.
Nicely landscaped backyard to enjoy the view of Pine Mountain, back of Snow Canyon and St. George! It is a quiet and peaceful area. You can enjoy the Coral Canyon Clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools, cardio/weight room, yoga room, pickle ball and tennis. The Clubhouse has gorgeous views of Zion National Park which is also a 45 min. drive from my Coral Canyon home!! There is a public golf course at Coral Canyon and a small fishing lake to enjoy. Three doors up from the house is the trail head to walk or run or bike and is 17 miles around the development!! Many different trails to explore. If you want to do 1 loop it is about 2.5 miles. Located just minutes from I15 off Washington Pkwy and the quaint old town of Washington City. Shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, banks,etc just beyond old Washington City and only a 10 min. drive!

Located close to many National Parks, Lake Powell, Sand Hollow and Las Vegas!! This property is located 30 minutes from Zions Park and even closer to Sand Hollow Resort, Quail Creek Park, Gunlock Reservoir with its many trails , Snow Canyon, Turtle Preserve, Tuacahn Amphitheater, Johnson's Dinosaur Museum, Rosenbruch Wildlife Museum, Sandhollow Lake is a 20 min. drive and many golf courses. Razors are quite popular and several trails nearby to explore!
This property is nestled in picturesque Coral Canyon development surrounded by walking/biking trails. In just 15 minutes you can drive to St. George where there are numerous restaurants and places to shop. Day trips can be made to Bryce Canyon National Park and the South Rim of the Grand Canyon is a 3 hour drive away!. The home sits on a hillside overlooking St George. There is a trail 3 doors down perfect for morning and evening walks. The home is well stocked and the owner is always ready to address your needs. We have stayed many times and have enjoyed the and the community.

Amazing Views

We really enjoyed our month long stay at Coral Canyon. The spacious home with a fenced back yard is in a beautiful neighborhood with sidewalks and trails. Our dog loved all the walking paths. The sunsets and Mountain Views were stunning. The home is well furnished with everything you need. We would love to stay here again.

Exceeded expectations

This lovely home was even nicer than we expected it to be. It is very well maintained and well-stocked, Laura's pride of ownership definitely shows through. We were especially delighted at the night view over the canyon, and took advantage of the nice outdoor furniture several nights. The living areas are bigger than the pictures indicate. The community is beautiful and there is a nice loop walk up to the park and back down a trail behind the house, views everywhere. Because it is situated between St George and a town called Hurricane, it's very convenient to Zion and you don't even need to get on the freeway. Hurricane is a nice alternative for dining and shopping to very busy St George. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful setting for exploring Southern Utah

This is the second time we have spent a month in this beautiful VRBO. The opportunities for hiking are endless and this year the wildflowers and cacti were in bloom! The paths around the neighborhood are beautiful and the views of the Pine Mountains and Red cliffs are stunning from the back yard. Laura is responsive and cares for her property and her guest’s experience. A great place!

The house is very nice and has a beautiful backyard that overlooks St George. Sunsets are beautiful to watch. The neighborhood is quiet. Location was about 20 minutes from Zion NP which I love to explore.

This is a wonderful house with Amazing sunsets. All the outdoor activities are within 30 min of the property, yet its located on a beautiful ridge in a quiet neighborhood. You wont regret renting this property.

The house was exactly as advertised and working with the owner, Laura, was quite easy. The house is in an executive development on a quiet street. The backyard and patio were wonderful places to enjoy the sun and views. Going to downtown St. George was an easy 10 minute drive.

Perfect place to explore Southern Utah!

We stayed at this beautiful property for a month to explore the beautiful outdoor opportunities in the area. The location was excellent for trips to Zion, Bryce, and the State Parks in the area for hiking and biking. It was so comfortable to then relax in this well equipped and comfortable home with impressive views each evening. Laura was so very gracious and responsive to any questions we might have had. Even our dog Nellie didn’t want to leave!

A Perfect Base

A perfect base to enjoy all that Southern Utah has to offer. The home is in a quiet neighborhood high up on a ridge overlooking Washington, UT. There is a beautiful paved walking trail that encircles the neighborhood with spectacular views. The home is very comfortable with all the amenities you could want. We appreciated the master bedroom being on the other side of the house from the guest bedrooms. Laura, the owner, was very responsive to any issues and the few we had were due to a previous renter’s actions. They were quickly resolved. The home is perfectly situated for numerous activities. We mostly concentrated on hiking but there are two nearby state parks with lakes if you are interested in water activities. The hiking in the area is superb. Zion National Park is a must but don’t ignore the less crowded areas of the park at Kolob Canyons and off of Kolob Terrace Rd. Bryce Canyon was a little over 2 hours away. Cedar Breaks is spectacular, especially in the fall. Closer to the home is the Virgin River and Santa Clara river trails, Snow Canyon State Park, and the fabulous Red Cliffs Desert Reserve. Stores and shopping are about 10 minutes away. We had friends join us who flew in to Vegas and took the Salt Lake Express bus which dropped them off in St. George. Much less expensive than a rental car. Overall, a fantastic place to spend the month of October.

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay in Ut. and it was exciting to explore the area. Much history there. Our vaca home was beautiful and clean. I hope the owner is not upset that we provided a new hair dryer for the master bedroom as the one there "smoked" when turned on. This home provided all that was needed for our months stay AND THE VIEWS FROM THE BACKYARD WERE STUNNING. We would definitely recommend this property.
