This home is beautiful, spacious, in a quiet and safe neighborhood with pool and gym. The local shopping centers are only 1-2 miles away. The check-in/out process is is always very easy for Vrbo clients. We’ve stayed twice at Coral Ridge and both experiences were positive.

Wonderful place and location

Great home. Very clean, new carpet. Excellent kitchen made it easy to cook while we stayed. Great grill and patio out back. Plenty of space for everyone with great access to pool and hot tub at the clubhouse. Will definitely be back.

This property has nice furniture is really clean and would have been perfect with one exception, main floor A/C just worked ok. Upstairs one worked great . We really enjoyed our stay here

Relaxing Stay

Excellent experience all away around. Being in our 70's we did find the very nice carpet to be a tad slick on the stairway when stocking footed... that's why there's handrails. Hope to be back the same time and place next year.

Great getaway

The house was exactly what we were hoping for. The kitchen was very well equipped. The living room was very comfortable and the TV was positioned for good viewing. The bed was amazing, especially the sheets!The owner told me what they are and that they are on Amazon. NowIhavethem on my bed at home!

Easy access to town and parks

Very nice and comfortable for the three of us. Allowed wife and I privacy and the brother=in=law his own private place to hangout when he wanted it. Our only concern, and why we rated the overall rating a 4 star, was the multiple throw rugs on the carpet that created trip hazards for us seniors... but not enough to deter us from returning next year.

Swimming pool issues

The home we stayed in was fantastic. My family and I were able to relax and enjoy southern Utah. A big reason for taking our vacation was to get some swim time in. Both of the pools were quite popular with people trying to cool off. I felt like the pools were too dirty. Someone had pooped in one the first day...and then someone else pooped in the other one the second day. It looked like management had cleaned one but not the other. Also the waterfall was not working. I understand that it's hard to keep up the pool with so many people trying to access it. That being said, I would still recommend this complex and plan on going back in the future.

We had a great stay here. The place was spacious and we really liked the floorplan upstairs with two huge bedrooms with two big beds in each one. Made it great for the kids. Plenty of big TVs too!
