Poor Service

I booked a room online. I called before I booked. No one answered the phone. I got to the hotel and a large rugby team was staying at the hotel. Lots of young, noisy kids. I told the person at the front desk I wanted to cancel my room. She refused to cancel my room and tried to charge me for 1 night.
