The staff were all friendly, helpful, and considerate. They made us feel right at home. The room was lovely with numerous amenities. Even though the hotel was completely booked, it was so quiet we slept ten hours. We recommend this site and will stay here for return trips.

Great hotel, terrible internet connection

Hotel was very clean, and bed was comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. However, the wi-fi is awful. Trying to work and getting kicked off and having to reconnect every 3-4 minutes.

There are instances where computers and WI-FI don't want to play nicely with each other and do need additional help to navigate firewalls, corporate VPNs, etc. When those rare instances arise, we do have a U.S. based 24-hour IT help desk to assist our guests with these issues and our helpful front desk team is delighted to help our guests get connected with them should those issues arise.Thanks again for staying with us.Appreciatively,

Could not have been better!

Our stay could not have been better. The staff was friendly, and room was very clean with lots of wonderful amenities. Beds were perfect and breakfast was amazing!!
