The owners fixed it and it worked great however we came back that evening to our room door not locked. Then the next day our room was not cleaned. Otherwise staff was very friendly and understanding of our concerns. "

"Good price! The hotel looked new or renovated, room was clean, and beds and pillows were really comfy. Enough parking. They accept pets. Free breakfast. The only thing that is keeping me from giving them 5 stars is the breakfast. The only thing I look forward in a continental breakfast is the oatmeal. For the price I paid I didn’t expect much. But the oatmeal here was really thick and dry 😞. So I only ate an orange. If we put aside breakfast, rooms and service are excellent!"

The Inn is located perfectly for walking to restaurants, shops, and local attractions in South Haven. If you are a cycling fan, you can launch from the hotel and ride to both the Kal-Haven and Van Buren trailheads. "
