This beautiful location has 2 bedrooms. 1 large bath, and sleeps 6. One room has a king bed and the other two queen sized beds. There is a futon available to make room for other guests. There is a fire place available to keep you warm and cozy on cool nights, beautiful walking trails, and you can stargaze from the heated spa!

Such a sweet place

Beverly is so sweet. We loved the property. The only thing I saw is that the bathroom is a Jack and Jill with one toilet. I saw 1.5 bathrooms in the listing and believed that to include a full bath and a half bath (with second toilet). There may be a second toilet but we didn’t see it. However, it also wasn’t an issue for us. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing place to be

This property was by far one of the best we have ever stayed in. The farm was so peaceful and relaxing. I cooked every day and had everything I needed. The farm animals made our stay 10x better. I felt like I was in heaven. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable. I got my best sleep at the farm. The hot tub and pool were also very nice. We spent quite a few nights under the stars in the hot tub. The hosts were very responsive and very friendly. I almost don’t want anyone to know about this place because then I won’t be able to book again because it won’t be available. We will most certainly be back. Oh and by the way the listing doesn’t say anything about smoke detectors, but they definitely do have them. I noticed several throughout the house.

Nice getaway

The activities at this property are fantastic including the pool and nature trails, as well as the available fishing. The listing could be more clear that this is not a completely separate property from the owners. However, the owners are so nice and accommodating that it wasn’t really an issue. Just be aware if you are looking for more privacy.

All we dreamed about and then some!

We had an amazing little adventure ‘Down on the farm’. Was hands down one of our favorite places to date. The pool was just what we needed on a hot summer day and night swimming was also delightful. Loved the lakes and trails and it was very relaxing listening to the sounds of nature as we grilled and enjoyed the company. The house had just about everything you could want and was well stocked with towels and blankets and a really nice set up for watching movies or playing games together. Hope to be back in future and wish the hosts nothing but the best. Thanks for making our stay memorable and for opening up your property to us in the way you did. Best wishes - Chris & Toya W

Amazing Weekend Getaway!!!

This property was amazing!! Beverly is so nice and had everything stocked - TP, paper towels, Trashbags and Shampoo!! Kids loved the pool, husband loved the SPA! There's plenty of pool towels available too! We baked a cake and celebrated hubby's birthday!! Went fishing in the ponds. Kids walked the trails. We watched the Goats and Chickens and listened to nature. We loved night swimming! We definitely can't wait to come back!

We Loved The Farm

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful setting. The host was amazing and we never wanted for anything. Most of our time was relaxing by the pool and in the hot tub. It was a great few days away!

Charming farm close to Athens

We came to the area for a Uga football game. We don’t mind driving outside of Athens to stay but like close enough to drive in for dinner and then for tailgating and the game. This property fits the bill. The hosts were so gracious and the property was beautiful. We were only there for a short time but would stay again and maybe add a night to enjoy the property.

Great getaway

We live in Athens but love this place when we’re looking to get away from town for a short stay. Pool and patio is wonderful, always clean and beautiful. The property is full of life and is a lot of fun to explore! We loved the projector addition, as well. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Excellent place to stay!

Our Host was the best! She did everything to accommodate me and my family, she took me to her beautiful garden and offered us fresh vegetables from her garden! She made us feel at home. The home is beautiful, definitely a hidden gem. The pool was awesome and the nights here are amazing!!!! I will definitely be back!!!! Ms Beverly was a pleasure to meet❤️ I would definitely recommend staying here.

Summer Vacation Fortune

5 stars for such a beautiful property with a functioning farm, a brilliant saltwater pool and a lovely owner. Our summer vacation came to a screeching halt when another VRBO listing we had booked in February 2/2022 cancelled less than 48 hours prior to our end-July departure. Thankfully I found Beverly and her amazing home. She was generous, available and removed any sting from the previous cancellation. It worked out perfectly. Fortune was on our side.

Entertainers Delight!

We had a wonderful stay while celebrating my husband and his friends 40th birthday! We spent most of our time hanging by the pool/hot tub -- a perfect setting for a group of friends who rarely get to see each other. We also enjoyed cooking in most meals (the kitchen was well equipped with all utensils and baking gear) and really just taking in the beautiful scenery. About a 25 min to downtown Athens, makes this an awesome spot for those who want to check out anything downtown. We would definately stay here again!

Best Vacation!!

We had the best time! The host were wonderful! The pictures and description dont do this place justice! We only had 4 days to spend but definitely intend on coming back again for longer! There is so much to do you honestly could stay at the farm your whole vacation with or without children and have the best most relaxing time!! Everything was great!!!

Beautiful Home with many adventures to enjoy right on the property. Pool area very beautiful and clean. Fishing the ponds around the house became a favorite of our teens. Hoping our eldest decides to go to University near there so we have a reason to book this home often. Bev was an amazing host and was always available when we had questions, worth every penny.

Long Graduation Weekend

It was a wonderful place, so relaxing for a hectic graduation weekend. We loved the natural surroundings and pool and large indoor space. Only drawback was that for the 5 of us there was only one toilet, though it was listed as a 1.5 bath. Thank you Beverly for your kind hospitality!!

Great rural location

All in all great spot. I wish i had a chance to swim but we were on the go. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes or utensils you could need. Rooms were clean. My only recommendation is to fix the king size bed. It was really creaky and depressed in the center beyond normal wear. If you're looking for a rural getaway this may be for you.
