Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 1-bedroom house in Waxahachie that comfortably sleeps 6. The tranquil bedroom features a queen bed, perfect for a restful night. Guests can relax in the delightful living room, which includes a comfortable queen sofa bed. Need to catch up on work or unwind? The cool office space which has WiFi and hi speed internet, also offers both a queen air mattress and another sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower, lighted makeup mirror and a hair dryer for convenience. All soaps and shampoos are plant based. Full Kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, Coffee, creamer & sugar provided, icemaker, washer/dryer and ironing board & Iron. With heating and AC, the house stays comfortable year-round. The Screened In sleeping porch allows all the quaint country sounds of crickets, insects and owls as well as a great cross breeze with ceiling fans. But if the heat and country air is too much, shut the doors and turn on the AC. Free off street and on street parking. Great safe neighborhood, late night walks encouraged. Convenient to all sporting & cultural events in the DFW metroplex. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Enjoy the pool, listen to the waterfall. The hot tub is available for an extra fee.

Your hosts have three dogs that think you are family. You will be greeted by wags whenever you come or go, however, should dogs not be your cup of tea, let us know and they will be contained during your stay. Guests MUST give the ages of children when making Reservations.

Pros: Spacious, clean, welcoming guest house provided by 2 wonderful people who take pride in treating their guests like family. Jeanna is a wonderful Cajun Cook and her food did not disappoint at all. Everything was delicious and served with love and care. The decor was great and very artistic. The pool and hottub were both very relaxing. If you're looking for a house mom that takes pride in doing so and a house dad that is ready to help or assist any way he can. This is the place for you.Cons: Shower is smaller (for bigger people may be an issue)We couldn't stay longer.We miss her cooking.
