The best the mountains have to offer awaits you at Seven Peaks! Our home is at the end on the road on Utah Mountain with panoramic mountain VIEWS of seven plus 6000 foot mountains and paved access in a private unique area .

We are CONVENIENTLY located less than 15 minutes from the shops, cafes & restaurants of historic downtown Waynesville, yet close to Maggie Valley / Cataloochee Ski area ,Cherokee and a half hour from Asheville.

Golfing, rafting, tubing, waterfalls or horseback riding are a short ride away. The SCENIC Blue Ridge Parkway winds its way through Haywood County which is also home to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park with nearby elk spotting during every season.

Nice house with a beautiful Mountain View! Comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. The s’mores kit was a nice touch, too. Highlights of our stay were hiking in DuPont forest to Three Falls, Lexington Glass Works in Asheville, and downtown Waynesville. All in all, we had a great trip.

Heaven in the mountains

Such a wonderful home!! This was our second time staying here and we’ll definitely be back. The house is exactly as it looks online
the views are indescribable, the firepit and hot tub are a great way to spend the evening, the kitchen is well equipped and the mattress in the master bedroom is the best mattress we’ve ever slept on. They definitely didn’t do things cheaply but as if the owners spend a lot of time there themselves. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect getaway!

This house has amazing Mountain View’s, spacious decks and many large windows to let in the light and views. It is in a great location for all of the activities available in the area. The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Anything we needed for cooking at home was available in the bright, open kitchen. The hot tub, gas fireplace and fire pit were enjoyed each day of our stay. Heather was responsive, helpful and easy to get in touch with. We had a great time and would definitely rent this home again.

Escape to the mountains

Beautiful property. Main level was very nice to enjoy the inside of the home and the amazing views. Fireplace is cool. We love that the property is dog friendly. Quiet area. Management is very responsive for any issues. Just so others know, the driveway is very steep and there are many steps inside to go up from the ground level (driveway) to the main level of the house, so may not be good for anyone with disabilities or senior dogs. We found potty breaks were difficult with our dogs, as the only patch of grass is at the bottom of the driveway. We did not use the downstairs area, but there is a very musty smell on this level that is noticeable every time you come and go. I would suggest that the broken area on the top deck railing be fixed instead of blocking with a large planter, doesn't seem safe. I purchased a mattress topper for the king bed and left it, as the bed was a little worn and not comfortable for me. I also purchased a full-length mirror and left that, as the house did not have one. Aside from our daily and nightly difficulties for potty breaks, overall, the place is updated and nice, has everything you need, and the most peaceful views. A big shout out to Heather and the handy/construction man for being so nice and responsive.

This is a beautiful home to stay in. We really enjoyed the beautiful decks with the amazing views.

It was nice and secluded.. just birds singing in the mornings. Coffee on the deck with a view that is so stunning.! Thank you for the smores basket. The kids enjoyed the fire pit. Plenty of towels and the kitchen is very nicely stocked with all you need to cook family meals. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!!

Unbelievable views

If you want a home with a view, stop looking at other rentals and book this home! The house is super clean and has all the utensils you'll need. Coffee maker and Keurig machine for your morning cup while you look at the beautiful view. Heather responds to all inquiries immediately and is easy to work with. We will definitely come back to this home!

Great Spring Break Getaway

THE VIEW!! This property has the most amazing view! The pictures don't do it justice. The house is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. It was so peaceful. You couldn't hear any road traffic, just the birds singing. We would definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay! The home couldn’t have been better stocked, and we’ve been to a lot of VRBO’s. It was quiet and private. We had a good amount of rain during the trip but we were never bored when we stayed in. Heather was very quick with her response to questions and very nice.

Two Weeks Stay

I really enjoyed the property. The views from inside and out were as advertised. Rooms and amenities were really good. The only knock is a nitpick. I brought a motorcycle on a trailer. A portion of the road to the house is not paved. Which made coming and going a bit of an adventure on gravel and rocks. Overall, the property is very nice. I would consider getting it again.

We stayed with our tree young boys and they had a blast here. The location was great for hiking and getting to Ashville was easy too. A great winter getaway!

This cabin exceeded my expectations. The views were amazing! I wished it had not been so foggy during our visit but that too was majestic as a backdrop to the mountains. The cabin is well equipped in the kitchen. I loved the puzzles and games that were available. We grilled steaks without a problem. The wall mounted; electric heaters were great for extra warming in the bathrooms. Loved all the windows and the adjustable gas fireplace. Hot tub is situated so that you can star gaze. Only streaming services provided on very large smart TV, not a problem for us; I was able to play my Spotify playlist with ease through the TV. One of our best rental experiences we've had. The road is paved majority of the way. Our Honda CRV had no problems navigating, although, I could see where it would require 4 WD IF weather conditions were icy/snowy. Heather was responsive in a question I had regarding the hot tub. I would totally stay here again, if given the opportunity!

Great secluded getaway!

We really enjoyed staying at Seven Peaks. Like any drive in the NC mountains, the drive up to the house was uphill and windy - but that just means good things await at the top! Well appointed, fantastic views (worth the stay alone), comfy beds, nice deck and hot tub. The fireplace is great on cold nights and does a great job of heating the upper level.

Great Location & Amazing View

This was first mountain trip we didn’t rent a log cabin, we were drawn to the views of this property and they did not disappoint! One of best views we’ve stayed at. In addition it met all our criteria : Hot Tub (no issues which is rare in rentals), Location (20-25 minutes to any necessity: grocery, pharmacy, medical, restaurants, downtown), and beautiful dog friendly hikes and the Blue Ridge Parkway all 30 minutes to an hour away. We hiked Soco Falls, Devils Courthouse, Graveyard Fields, Water Rock Knob, and DuPont State Forest ! Would definitely recommend this property! Only non important minor caution: tv (which we don’t watch during day) is only streaming services so if your looking to unwind at night with some sports it can be difficult.

Wonderful view

The view is incredible. The house is comfortable and feels homey. Kitchen is well stocked. Location is very nice, close to both Waynesville and Maggie Valley. Road to cabin is reasonable for the excellent view.
