DO NOT STAY HERE! I’m saying this just to help people out and avoid the experience I had. In short, this place is sketchy. I did not get the room that was advertised online. It was much smaller and disgusting. Another issue is no one was at the front desk when I arrived at 4pm when their website says check in is until 9 pm. When I called, the person that the call was forwarded to was no help and told us to call back tomorrow because they were in the “back office”. I called the next day to get a refund with no answer. So I called Expedia. When Expedia called Beach Rose, the person they spoke with lied and said that we were “very happy” with our stay and also lied and said that I arrived late to check in at 7:30 pm when our phone records can clearly show that we called them around 20 minutes after 4 pm to get a refund. We were refused a full refund as well and only received back the lower portion of of the two nights paid for.

Very quaint and quiet easy access to great restaurants and beach

Rooms are very quaint and comfortable. Not much in the way of amenities plus very little in the way of sports and news on TV

This hotel was incredibly disappointing. Never saw a single person who worked there. No housekeeping, even though it indicated there would be. We had no towels, people were smoking in the hall. One dingy lamp, no outlets, room was falling apart. Warning found in dresser that balcony wasn't safe to use. Sheets were dirty. Truly did not sleep and did not feel safe.

Very convenient location, very accommodating staff, nice quaint rooms. The only issue I have is no sports on TV selection
