The property was dirty. The pool had a scum line around the water level of the pool and the halls stunk. The mattress in our room had stains, furniture was broken, and the carpet was filthy. We found cigarette butts in the drawer. We ended canceling our second night and getting a refund. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Comfortable stay

Only stayed for one night. Room was comfortable. Pool and hot tub was nice. Could use some maintenance but otherwise, it did the job (the hot tub I mean). Staff very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful location, and always a clean property. Amelia helped with Check in and recognized my VIP status. She was very helpful with getting a nice room, and making sure everything was taken care of. The rooms are always in great condition, and always clean.

It was complete chaos. They are understaffed, it was not well maintained, we had to change rooms since we had no AC, we did not get maid service even once in 5 days, it was expensive for a very basic place, the breakfast was not good, the place was dirty and messy, too many people for them to handle, will not return

The rooms were not ready even at 8 PM in the check in day, the elevators were not functional and we were forced to use stairs on multiple occasions, the in hotel restaurant was closed, the room service was not done till requested, and the room AC made lot of noise through the night.
