My only complaint is that we ordered a twin room and got bunk beds, not a problem for us. But not what we bought, nor could I imagine it be good for some people.

It was a decent stay. They were slow to provide room service. We had to ask multiple times for them to finally do it. The walls are also pretty thin so keep that in mind. The location was pretty good as well

"Very friendly and courteous staff. The room was lovely, warm, comfortable, had everything we could need. So handy to have a little kitchenette in the room. Great shower. Free bottle of red wine in the room for us as our hotels.com perk. Has a lovely sitting area in the lobby as well. So many cafes and restaurants in the area and so close to all the attractions and transport options."
