Book Cheap Hotels in West Point

"After checking in, we opened the door to our room and I immediately noticed one bed looked like someone had just rolled out of it (forgot to get photo)! We asked for clean bedding. The young man sent to help us couldn’t understand English. He left and returned with only a single fitted sheet. After gesturing and pointing he again left and returned with everything new. We realized nothing in that room was clean and we were stuck there for two nights. I began looking around. In the bathroom there were several long dark strands of hair on the floor. Eeeekkk!!! Also, bathroom light didn’t work—only the light/fan combo and the fan was so loud and rattled. If we had been on the ground floor I would have been really worried about two places in the ceiling that were ready to give way. AND there was a quarter inch gap around the door with outside visible. IF YOU’VE BOOKED THIS HOTEL FOR AN UPCOMING EVENT, YOU SHOULD CANCEL. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! You’ve been warned!"

"Not clean. Our first room we were given smelled moldy, the second room we were given had a sheet over the window instead of blinds. The breakfast area tables were not clean. When we left the next day there was so much trash in the cans outside the door that it was overflowing and rolling round at the entrance doors. "

"I arrived on Saturday afternoon and went to the office to see if there was anything else to do for check in. They had already sent everything I need for my arrival. The guy at the counter was so nice as to give directions of where to go shopping. I enjoyed walking in the Cotton District. Grabbing a beer and appetizer from The Landing (more restaurants would join on Expedia). Back to the motel to rest before attending my son’s play at State. After the play, I arrived back at the room to the serenity of silence. Had a nap cap and then off to sleep. The bedding was great and the mattress was better than the Marriott I stayed in last weekend. They were reasonably priced and parking was at my door. Loved every minute of it. When I am back in Starkville this is where I’ll be staying. Save me a room! "

"The bathroom floor looked like the corners had never been cleaned. There was graffiti on the door molding. The shower had white tape on the bottom covering a hole about the size of a basketball. The reception area smelled like weed. It was awful!"
