My father in law fell between the hotel and casino because it was dimly lit and then we borrowed the wheel chair and it was taken back immediately even though the hotel was at fault for his fall because of the lighting.

Room was in horrible condition. Holes in walls, towel racks damaged, sink drain was clogged, food was terrible, and the elevators seemed very unsafe.

After we were given directions to the elevator, not close to the main lobby, we discovered it was blocked off with no other information.
