I signed up telling them I needed Pet Friendly & Breakfast Well I checked in they said they didn't see that so they gave us 2 rooms w/Jacuzzi bath & the Breakfast was Buying it from the Restaurant

Horrible And they had no empathy for people with d

We reserved a handicap, accessible room. They put us on the 2nd floor and all their elevators are broken. They had us driving around the hotel for an hour, saying security was going to come and help us. And they never came. And then they put us in a room downstairs where he could get to, and the room wasn't handicap accessible. He couldn't get in the bathroom in his wheelchair. And they didn't even do anything to try to accommodate him.

Where do I begin?? Smelled horrible.Towels and sheets grungy, old and gray. Wait time for elevator 10-15 min, was filthy inside, and had one working elevator for the entire hotel. Once you got in, you just hoped to God it didn’t break and you would be stuck. Wallpaper peeling. Don’t walk on the carpet w/o shoes. One filthy chair. 2 styrofoam cups, no plastic covers sat rim side down on the dirty table. Drains were rusted out and smelled like sewer water. No fridge, microwave, coffee pot, linen bag, iron.. NOTHING!! No maid service unless you 24 hours in advance. Worst part, paid nearly $400 for 2 nights. I stayed at Resorts World Conrad for not much more last month and it was beautiful. This hotel was so bad, it ruined my entire trip, I literally cried when I saw it. I feel I should be refunded, even if it’s just partial. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here!! EVER!

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, pool was nice. The rooms really need an upgrade. There is no in room coffee or refrigerator. The price was great.
