The Space:

The beauty of Yarmouth is not limited to its stellar beaches, but extends to great restaurants, and countless possibilities for your family to make memories that will last a lifetime. Experience this quintessential Cape Cod town the way it was meant to be enjoyed, at The Coddage. Step up the stone pathway and push open the pearl white front door into the stunning open concept living room and kitchen. A center island with a breakfast bar separates the kitchen and living room, with vaulted ceilings towering overhead. To the left of the living room is the first bedroom, with an exposed brick chimney (fireplace is NOT for guest use) and queen size bed. On the other side of the home, a cozy bedroom with twin bunk beds is across the hall from the home's full size bathroom. Lastly, the primary suite with en suite half bath and large king size bed anchors the right side of the home. A spacious backyard, complete with stone patio and built-in fire pit is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of vacationing around the Upper Cape.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, propane grill and an outdoor shower. Unwind, kick your feet up, and enjoy Cape Cod in a classic beach home, at the Coddage.

Unfortunately we were only able to stay 1 night and had to leave early due to family emergency, but the house was cozy and clean and well maintained. We would definitely book again if we decide to take the trip to the east coast again.

It’s the perfect place to vacation. My husband and I loved everything about it. The house was absolutely spotless! We felt very comfortable and at home and the best thing was the king size bed! Home is clean and accomodated 6 of us with a 2 year old . Outdoor furniture and fire pit was our hangout. Living room and tv just big enough and good for rainy nite. Beds very comfy and 2 bathrooms perfect. Loved outdoor shower. Nice neighborhood to walk and 1 mile from small family beach. Driving distance 20 minutes hyannis' and an hour to provincetown. A lot to do on the cape for all of us, visit the vineyard, restaurants which all were delicious, deep sea fishing, national sea shore beaches, rail trail, and of course Provincetown. Great memories

Wonderful house, just cannot enjoy the backyard.

The inside of the house was spotless, had everything we needed, communication with Delmar was great. However, we could not enjoy the backyard. The backyard is sand and weeds and the sand fleas were so bad we could not sit outside. Our legs were covered in flea bites after the first afternoon sitting outside. Red, itchy bumps covered our legs. I have pictures of how bad it was. The house and location were wonderful as long as you do not want to sit in the yard.
