Nice little house!

It was a sweet little house with three beds and three baths. My only issue was the internet was not connecting and my binge weekend was impossible. Husband fishing wife bummed, the property was nice and the kitchen is stocked nicely with everything thing you need to clean the razor clams and bbq with friends.

Vacasa is disappointing, the house is pleasant.

Before we arrived, I had read reviews that the door is not electronic and the code would not work. I also read the TV and DVD have not worked since at least November. I assumed prior reviewers could not be right because this would be complete neglect by the Vacasa Company. However, when I arrived, that was true. I had to call to get the key out of a lock box, and the help person on the phone thought the door was electronic (it isn't) and said he'd update the records. But, because reviews have said this for a few months, clearly that isn't happening. The TV does not work. You are told it does not have cable, which is fine, but the DVD player will not display and the WI-FI while projecting throughout the house does not have an internet connection. So, none of those features work. It is enjoyable to vacation without them, and it is not why I came, but it is totally unacceptable to advertise these features and have no intention of ever fixing them. I texted the help, they gave me platitudes about contacting a local team who would reach out - and never did after a half dozen texts and two day. I think I should receive a partial refund due to the poor customer support and false advertising.

Visitors are not important

I typically use another source and know why. This was a lovely place but reviews identified attention needed to be given to the property. We hoped it would be addressed before our visit. However, it was not. TV still does not work from February. Microwave had zero power. Code to get key did not work because it was not correct when texted at check in. The other source cares about their visitors. This big business property does not. It is an absolute shame. I hope Other VRBOs are more concerned about their visitors. I will try again!

Wonderful property tv issues still

The house is wonderful, clean well equipped. The tv remote control didn't work when we were staying here for the first time back on January 12th,and this weekend found that it was still not replaced. No tv for a weekend at a time is not very pleasing as the weather is still pretty bad winds and lots of rain. I would think Amazon or Walmart would have universal remote controls to resolve the problem, we did see in the book there others were not please as tv broken. Could be a deal breaker for people in future when it could be resolved very easily considering there is only on tv for a house that can sleep 7-9 people. But overall wonderful place to stay !!

Even though it was a stormy, windy and very cold weekend we were warm and comfortable in our rental.

The property was very close to town and location was very quiet. The house had all the updated amenities one could ask for. Very clean and modern was a wonderful relaxing getaway!

Disappointed

Prior to booking and after reviewing previous reviews I specifically inquired about three things. I was told everything was taken care of but in fact each of those things were not taken care of. I spent two days trying to get a response then decided not to waste any more time. The local response team did not respond :(

It was good with some issues.

Small and cozy. Perfect for low key getaway. There was issues with check in process. Instructions listed incorrect code for key lock. It mentioned backup key lock but there was only one. Wifi did not work the first part of our stay.

Vacasa failed to support.

The stay would have been so much better if the keypad entry worked, the entry steps repaired and the TV made operational. Vacasa was called numerous times and failed to get maintenance staff there as promised.

Relaxing

The house was absolutely wonderful and fit our family perfectly. It was less then a four minute drive to the marina. There was just a few things that could just make this house outstanding was the landscaping. It definitely had the potential to be stunning with a bit of landscape care. The keirig did not work, however they had a pot coffee machine to get us by. We absolutely loved the selection of toys, books, dvd’s. It also had a port-a-crib and a highchair, which was a huge bonus in my books. The interior of the house was clean and well laid out. The beds were like sleeping on clouds, so comfortable. Overall, our stay here was relaxing and absolutely perfect. We’d definitely stay again.
