We loved staying here. It’s a great location, the breakfast is wonderful and the pool and hot tub are awesome. The beds are a little uncomfortable but other than that, I can’t say I have one single complaint about this hotel! We definitely will continues to book this property anytime we happen to be in the area.

Pre-Paid for the efficiency suite and they gave me a standard room. They didnt refund any money, just said "sorry we dont have any more. Toilet needed plunged by maint. b4 we could use. Plenty of other options in the area.

The pool was great. The only problem was that there is no elevator. The last time that I was there, I was on the second floor. It was hard to make it up the stairs. No one said that there was no elevator when I checked in. This time I had a first floor room. The breakfast was great.

My family stayed for a night on our way to Cincinnati to visit family. The check in was great, staff was friendly, and they had a pool, which my kids loved. The actual room was ok. The bathroom floor was dirty, had hair on it, and the tub had a dark ring around the drain. Breakfast was fine and check out was easy. In all, friendly staff with so-so housekeeping.

The room was dingy and musty smelling. There was mold on the bed skirts. Pubic hair still in the bathroom. Staff was not helpful when asked for more towels and rags. Parking is horrible. Place smelled of pot.
