Very central location. Has a hot tub but the pool was too cold - 27C. I would suggest to increase it to a temperature where people can use it comfortably.. 30-34? Not enough towels @ the pool/hot tub.

The room was great with a wonderful view of the mountains. I spent a lot of time on the balcony. Short walk to everything. We wanted a quiet getaway and that’s all we got. Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Any time we go to Whistler this is where we will stay.

Hotel is on the edge of the Village, a little bit more walking to get to places. Bed was comfortable, but kitchennett was old and needed to be updated. Dishes in the cupboard were greasy. Hot tub in the room was interesting.

The property is really old, so everything looked worn out. The elevator door didn’t close right away and felt laggy. The hallway had a strong fish/curry smell, and the room itself smelled like feet. It definitely didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel and wasn’t worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We had a 2-night stay in the Pinnacle in Sep 25. I had been concerned in advance about parking, but when we arrived it was not a problem at all ($24 per night, but much more convenient than using one of the Village car parks). The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and a good size. The Hotel is right in the heart of Whistler Village so only a few metres from the wide variety of amenities, attractions, shops and eateries. Would recommend and would stay again.

I don’t believe this hotel lives up to four stars, which is what I believe it is rated as. We’ve been to Whistler several times and I would have to say that the room looks more dated than any that I have stayed in. The bathtub has a shower door on it, which did not slide properly and scraped the across the steel track. Also, the finish on the cabinetry in the bathroom was peeling off. The room is equipped with an oven and dishes. However, there was not a single piece of cutlery. The bedsheet had two very large holes and we’re not replaced even after housekeeping came to make the bed. I would not stay here again.
