Old hotel (100+ years) last remodeled in 1990. Breakfast, continental, was far better than that with Quiche, baked oatmeal, etc. Bathroom was small.

Grand is a great description of this hotel. When first enter to last step out. As a guest I appreciated many parts of my stay. From its location, the people, its hospitality of great breakfast and ending the day with cookies. The remodel through out is great, especially a very comfortable and clean room.

Very loud pickup trucks cruise the streets from 6:00 pm to midnight right outside hotel. They are short staffed and we had to wait for someone to show up just to check in. Breakfast was exceptional.

Very nice old hotel with some nice little extras provided. Good breakfast, fresh cookies and snacks. Rooms were a bit small and A/C was just a window unit. A bit of noise from next door and outside on streets as the rooms were not sound proof.

Comforts of Home!

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. We stayed three nights. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Could use a bit of sprucing up. Furniture was in need of wood touch up. The staff was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. Fresh baked cookies and popcorn every evening. Breakfast was awesome.

Breakfast and location are great!

They list their breakfast as continental but it featured homemade quiche, oatmeal bars and a coffee cake plus other regular continental items. It was delicious. Location is great. The hotel is “vintage” so weird layouts and creaky floors.

Such a considerate staff — we were impressed right from the start. The hotel was so quiet and peaceful, we couldn’t even hear other guests. It’s a quaint place that’s done a wonderful job preserving its historic charm, which really elevated the whole experience. Thoughtful touches made our stay even better — they had cookies and popcorn out for late-night snacks, and after coming back late from a wedding, the staff handed us bottles of water without us even asking. The location is also perfect, right on Main Street, with most things within easy walking distance. Just an all-around great atmosphere and experience.
