Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.

Beach Gear & Other Essentials: We can arrange for the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, cribs, and other items prior to your arrival.

Comfort and Convenience: This condo offers a functional layout designed to accommodate up to eight guests. The living area provides a comfortable place to unwind and includes a smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and essential cookware for preparing meals. Guests can dine indoors or step outside to the private balcony to enjoy ocean views. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washer, and access to a shared outdoor pool and outdoor grilling area.

Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.
