Breathtaking! Ocean Front -Top Floor Condo

This is paradise!
Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath, 4th floor condo with breathtaking ocean front views next to a bird sanctuary. Located at La Vida del Mar in Wildwood Crest/Diamond Beach, NJ; just north of Cape May and south of the Wildwoods. It's the ideal destination for beach, dining, shopping, water sports, fishing, golf, and the famous Wildwood Boardwalk.
Unit includes a dining area seating 8 at the table and spacious kitchen counter space, microwave, toaster oven, and Keurig coffee machine.
Spacious master bedroom overlooks the beach and has a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity and large shower. Second bedroom occupies a queen bed and the third bedroom a king. Both have a ceiling fan, and smart televisions. Linens include bedroom sheets, bathroom towels, and kitchen cloths. Please bring your own beach towels!
The living room has a sectional sofa, ceiling fan, large flat screen TV. Off of the living room is the private ocean-view balcony with dining table and grill. The perfect place to watch the sunrise and sip your morning coffee, read a book or enjoy dinner and a cocktail.
The condo is equipped with central air, a fireplace, Free WIFI and cable TV. There is also a full laundry room with washer, dryer and a sink.
On-site amenities include a large pool with on-staff pool attendant, separate kiddie pool, hot tub, lounge chairs and picnic tables. Outdoor showers and bathrooms located next to the pool. Community BBQ grills and outdoor ping pong table are located just off the pool area.
There is designated parking spot for 2 vehicles in the gated parking lot. If you have a third vehicle, street parking is available. The building has a ramp to the first floor where the elevator can be accessed. Luggage carts are available to help you unload easily. Beach and pool tags are included with unit rental as well as four beach chairs for your convenience.
The Club at Diamond Beach is right out your door and offers restaurant beach dining, live music and a full-service beach bar.

Excellent location! The condo is right on the beach. The beach is groomed and cleaned daily with bars and restaurants all along the shore.The condo had very comfortable furniture, good mattresses and great cable TV! The kitchen is well stocked and all appliances worked (even the ice maker). The washer and dryer seemed relatively new, and laundry supplies were plentiful.The patio had enough seating for all 6 of us and had a grill with built in gas line (no propane tank needed!).I would recommend this property!

Great location!

Luigi clearly has pride in his property and wanted us to have a positive experience! We did! Communication was clear, prompt, polite, and accommodating. He provided bath towels and linens from a local linen service, but you must bring beach towels. Washing machine and dryer came in handy during our weeklong trip. His property is on the fourth floor of the building and has views of the beach. Balcony was a great place to hang out. Air-conditioning. Kitchen was well stocked. Clean! Beach tags are included, and chairs and gear trolley are in the cubby near the two included back to back parking spots, which are very close to building entrance. Three bikes were available to us. Outdoor pool, shower, hose. Ping-pong. Elevator. What a great place! Thanks, Luigi! Two tips for renters
 If you’d like to buy a drink or meal from the nearby Diamond Club, you must purchase a membership, which we did easily online. I recommend taking a quick walk or bike ride to the nearby bird refuge welcome center and playing nearby mini golf.

Diamond Beach getaway

The property is right on the beach, making it extremely easy to get to and from the beach area with two small infants. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very very comfortable. We had one small issue which Luigi took care of immediately. He was a fantastic owner - very responsive. He also left two bottles of Tequila as a welcome present which was so thoughtful. Would definitely return to this property, over and over again.
