This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is set just 2 blocks to the Beach and the Famous Wildwood boardwalk. There is plenty of room for everyone. There is a queen size bed for bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. The third bedroom features a bunk bed with a full size bottom and single top. This bedroom also has an additional single bed. This location is perfect. It features a 2 car garage with additional parking in the driveway. This location also features church parking lots on 3 of the 4 sides of the condo. This means it is one of the quietest locations in Wildwood. So Park your car and relax, everything you need is right here. We only rent to groups over the age of 25. This is perfect for the family!

The rental was perfect for our family. There was enough space for everyone to enjoy themselves and feel comfortable. The kitchen space was very large and open with enough supplies to do what we needed. The best thing about this rental is the location, being 2 blocks from the boardwalk was PRIME! The deck space outside is perfect, we were even able to watch the end of the airshow from there, after returning from the boardwalk! We will definitely look to stay here in the future. Be aware of the steps, there are 2 sets of 15, if you have anyone who is unable to climb them, it may make it a difficult stay for you

Family trip

The location was great for families who want to be close to the action but also far enough away to avoid the annoyance of being close to the action. The kids loved being able to walk to the boardwalk we loved not hearing the boardwalk. Great view of Friday night fireworks! Home is stocked with the essentials you need to prepare meals. Home is spacious, so your not on top of one another. Host is friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again for our next wildwood trip!

Amazing place and location

We had a great stay for Memorial Day weekend. The property fit 10 of us very comfortably. Ralph is a great host and answers questions very quickly. The location is perfect if you wanna be near the boardwalk and beach.

House was comfortable, clean and as described

We were a group of 7 adults, 2 kids, an infant and two dogs. The house was spacious enough that we felt comfortable in the living areas and bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and offered good space for cooking meals. The garage had beach chairs and a small shade tent which was a nice touch and the outdoor shower with long hose came in handy for rinsing off everything from the beach. Pictures represent the house well and it’s hard to beat the location!

What a great place to stay!

We stayed here off season for spring break. While the weather sucked for us, the house was perfect to still have family over and have a great time! We were a family of 5 and we had friends and family stop by for a little visit and there was plenty of space and cooking supplies to entertain! beautiful inside and so close to the boardwalk.

Wonderful Getaway!

This property was absolutely perfect for us! It was spacious for two couples to share. The home is beautiful and clean. It’s so close to the beach, boardwalk and dog beach! We really enjoyed having our dog with us and being able to walk to the dog beach so quickly! Having such a large garage was great for our vehicles, beach chairs and surf boards! Ralph is kind, understanding and so quick to get back to any messages! We definitely look forward to coming back again in the future!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was very accommodating. The condo was was clean. This was the first year my wife didn’t feel the need to break out the Lysol. We made breakfast and dinners in the spacious fully equipped kitchen and was able to seat all 8 of us at the dinning table. The washer and dryer were a plus. If Vinny the mini golden doodle could talk he would say he love the place because it was close to the dog beach. We had a wonderful time!!!

VACATION We needed

I'd like to begin with the great communication with the Host of the property 👍. From the time i viewed this site on-line to the day We arrived He answered any questions or concerns regarding our stay . This property was just as the description online explains. Being Pet Friendly & two blocks from boards & beach made it a good vacation for All of Us 😎, especially my special needs grandson! Wildwood Beach, playing in the sand & jumping the waves He could do all day and tried great white roller coaster, He loved it😁, he even won an Eagles basketball, two sports He ❀ 's. Great pet-friendly condo close to beach

Wonderful three bedroom, two bath condo only two blocks from the beach (and dog beach) and boardwalk. You can easily walk to many nearby restaurants as well. Condo is roomy with an open floor plan and great space for everyone to gather in the living room with an oversized sectional and additional seating. Love that its pet-friendly as well! Kitchen is stocked with lots of pots/pans, making having dinner in a great option! There's a washer and dryer in the unit as well. They even had an old school Star Wars arcade game tucked away in a little nook, which our crew all enjoyed playing! To top off our week, we had the best view of the fireworks on Friday night right from the deck! I would definitely recommend this condo, especially if you want to bring your pups on vacation. Lastly, the owner Ralph, was great to work with during the check-in process and also during the black-out in Wildwood 2023!

Weekend away

Just what we needed, a quick weekend away with family. The property was everything described and perfectly slept 10. Loved that they provide beach chairs, not a lot of properties have that we’ve used in the past. Overall we had a great time!

Acceptable for 6 adults plus 1 dog

This condo met our needs for a reasonably priced shorter rental for 6 adults and that allowed a dog. Well stocked kitchen with dishes, pots/pans, flatware and serving pieces. Good wifi for 3-4 remote workers. Cable and TV were good. The neighborhood was seedy with sketchy neighbors but it was only 2 blocks from WW boardwalk and a phenomenal dog park. Garage and parking were good. Biggest negatives: 2 sets of 15 steps to get to upper-level condo not specified in property description AND broken clothes dryer that owner knew was broken but didn’t inform us.

Photos are deceiving 


To start, photos are extremely deceiving. What’s not pictured: -Dark brown stained dirty carpet leading up to the room -master bed is disgusting, FULL of stains. There is only a mattress cover and a comforter, which neither looked washed. My husband and I had to sleep on the bunk beds. -pillows provided are stained without cases -master floor has black stains on carpet -master closet walk in has stained wash thrown in there -both bathrooms have moldy shower curtains and liners that should’ve been replaced months ago with gross rugs outside of the showers -outside deck furniture is hanging on by a thread with stains to compliment -stained walls throughout -kitchen is missing outlet covers which is very dangerous for children -dryer does not work. No point in having the washer with wet clothes. -dog hair throughout the place. under sofa cushions there’s crumbs and garbage -worst of all after 2 days I started seeing small mite sized bugs crawling across the bathroom countertops. We were going to leave a night early but with our kids it was too last minute. I was truly not even looking for things that were wrong, these stood out that much without even looking. I could imagine what I’d find if I truly looked. If you have any trait of cleanliness do not stay here. SAVE your $$ and go elsewhere. It’s a good location for dogs, but on the walk to the beach be prepared to pass trap houses with people passed out on the front porch with cigarettes in their mouth
