Gorgeous Property with a Beautiful Courtyard & Pool!

Each guest is provided access to garage parking for 2 vehicles, as well as access to the communal pool and courtyard grounds. After entering your provided code for the main entry gate, you will find your reserved garage parking shortly after driving onto the property. Entering the unit through garage access, or through the main doorway by way of the courtyard, will position guests on the first-floor landing of the unit. The first-floor bedroom with 1 Queen-sized bed has a courtyard view and is located directly across the hallway from a full bathroom with a stall shower. Proceeding up the staircase to the second floor brings guests into the Kitchen area. The Kitchen is equipped with dishware, flatware, stemware, utensils, pots, pans, as well as important appliances and fixtures like a microwave, coffee maker, blender, full size refrigerator, and natural gas oven and stove. Conveniently located behind the kitchen, in the northeastern corner of the second floor, is a spacious half bathroom. Exiting the Kitchen area towards the Dining area, guests will notice seating for 10. The Dining area table accommodates 6 guests, with additional seating for 4 guests available at the nearby Kitchen counter. The Living area has a mounted 42’ flat screen television with Comcast Cable TV, directly across from the plush couch with seating for 6. As you head towards the furnished Second Floor Sundeck just past the Living area, the staircase to the third floor will appear on the left-hand side. Before heading upstairs, be sure to take in a view of the beautifully manicured courtyard and pool area! Returning inside and heading upstairs to the third-floor places guests between two guest rooms, another full bathroom with a tub shower, and the master suite. The guest room to the right will have 1 Queen-sized bed, and the guest room to the left will have 2 Twin sized beds. A bonus, the guest room with 2 Twins has a northern facing balcony with standing room and residential views. Heading back into the hallway towards the Master bedroom, guests will pass a full bathroom with a tub shower on the right-hand side. Entering the third floor Master suite, guests will see a wall mounted 32’ flat screen Television adjacent to the 1 King sized bed. Walking past the King bed and television towards the furnished Third Floor Sundeck, guests will see the attached Master suite bathroom with tub shower to their left-hand side. The Third Floor Sundeck provides for a relaxing space to unwind and truly begin enjoying your vacation rental!

This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.

TrĂšs bel endroit pour vacances en famille. IntĂ©rieur propre et fonctionnel. Manque d’ustensiles pour une groupe de 6 adultes et 4 enfants. Balayeuse non fonctionnelle. Nous avons du acheter un balai. Balcon extĂ©rieur nĂ©cessite un nettoyage, Taches au plafond d’un balcon principal. Trop de saletĂ© dans les rails des portes patio. Gros nettoyage requis.

Love Wildwood Square

We had a great time and loved this unit. We had stayed at another unit 3 times several years ago but that one is no longer rented out. Like all units in the complex, this had a great layout, tons of space, and everything our family needed. We would definitely stay here again. The only tiny ding I would give this was that the mattresses were super firm, which we are not accustomed to, so it wasn't the most comfortable sleep, at least for us. Not a reason not to stay here though.

We loved the two porches. We wished that a courtesy roll of toilet paper would have been provided for each bathroom. Property is located close to everything. Kitchen pots and pans should be updated. Trash collection of recyclables was confusing. I think the paperwork on the refrigerator needs updated with the correct information.

Great Get Away!

My husband and I stayed with our two nieces and their families, 9 people altogether, ages 62yrs down to 2yrs. The house was more than big enough. The townhouse is located close to the beach, boardwalk and many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again! The only negatives were that when we arrived the trash can in the kitchen was full of trash and the recyclable container in the kitchen was full of empty cans/bottles. Also, I would highly recommend bringing your own ironing board. It’s a small travel size one for the countertop and it’s legs are broken. It made it very difficult to iron anything. Jim and Julie F.

Needs updating and properly cleaned

The property was a ten minute easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. The pool was great and having a two car garage was very handy. The kitchen was well equipped. Having four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms was very convenient. Also walking distance to Acme. When we had a major problem, the rental group responded quickly and fixed some of the problems. These were the positives. Stayed in August, 2021. However, there were many items in the unit that needed to be fixed and updated. Even though a cleaning service comes, the floors in the kitchen, bathrooms and patios were dirty. Some of the furniture had broken parts. The carpet and couches don’t look clean. Be prepared that the third floor bedrooms were very warm. There were fans which helped but can’t use the one in the twin bedroom since the pull was missing and the light stays on if you want to use it. Shower liners were dirty. Half the burners on the stove didn’t work. There were other items which were documented by the second day we were there and sent to the rental agency. This could be a good place to stay if it was updated like other properties on VRBO.

Beach house

The place we stayed at was very nice but had a lot of little things that needed to be tended to. The complex was in a huge gated community. There was a very large maintained pool with beautiful landscaped areas around it. It was 4 blocks to the beach but everything such as restaurants wawa drug store were within walking distance. Overall we had a great time and would certainly rent this unit again.
