Housekeeping was not good. Didn’t show up at all one day. They changed the towels after that but did not clean the coffee pot, or resupply the coffee packets. Did not wipe out the ice bucket. Did not vacuum. Hot tub was hot but no bubbles. Carpet in the hallways extremely worn. No stoppers in sink or tub. Desk staff very nice. Breakfast was fine.

We thank you for your visit and regret you misunderstood the housekeeping services. We provide fresh towels and trash pick-up every other day of your stay. Special requests often can be accommodated extra towels, coffee, and room amenities at any time by stopping at the front desk. The timer switch on hot tub was replaced on 2/16/24 Friday, so now we have lots of bubbles.

Never again

Check in was easy, got to the room and there was dirt on the walls and the curtain was disgusting. Turned on the heat/ac unit and it sounded like it was coming apart. Went to shower and only half the shower head worked, you barely got wet. Also the deadbolt on the door did not work. Talked to the front about this and was told they would come check it out and no one ever came. Will not stay here again.

Great stay!!

The overall stay was good just that the hot tub wasn’t as hot then the pool felt as if it was below freezing though we were told it was at 70 degrees. The manager was amazing and all employees were really nice and the prices for the rooms were amazing would recommend this hotel to anyone

Facelift Needed

The staff was excellent. My only note is that the hotel is looking dingy and worn. It’s ready for a facelift. The water in the room wasn’t as warm as it should be.

Perfect location good experience in Williamsburg

Excellent location to visit Colonial Williamsburg and Christmas town (Bush Gardens). Nice warm and clean pool. Clean, comfortable, quiet room. vert good complimentary breakfast. Bathroom had noisy exhaust fan. Hot tub didn't have working water jets and was luke-warm on our second night. Over all: good experience.
