It's a new/newish building in a location convenient to I-81 yet decently quiet. It's on a residential road. Nearby shopping and restaurants. While arriving late to Monday's breakfast was my misunderstanding, the sudden closure of the indoor pool was a downer. Upon check-out, the front-desk manager failed to juggle an in-person client (me) and an on-the-phone client simultaneously and professionally. Maybe young folks are simply out-of-tune here. Folks of a certain age know they need to put the phone caller on hold and get the in-person client settled and gone ASAP. Housekeeping staff, a mixed bag. One friendly and helpful woman. Others, cool to snippy. Saturday night check-in desk attendant also friendly. I don't need a red carpet. Just acknowledge that I'm present and demonstrate just a slither of appreciation... Would I stay here again? Sure. It's a nice building in a good mixed-use location. And now that I know what not to expect of this staff, I would govern myself accordingly.

Ehh. It'll do

The room was super tiny and oddly shaped. Reading light didn't work, shower shows buildup in corners, and hair in the shower. This is my second stay in 30 days and both times the breakfast had no meat. Just eggs, potatoes and breads. Not great for carb, and calorie counters. I also reserved a room for $89, online. And they charged me $119 in person..

Check in was very fast, beds were comfortable. The hotel lacks soundproofing and was very noisy, from people shouting and laughing in the evening, feet stomping overhead, noisy neighbours in the next room coming in at 2:30 in the morning, slamming doors and tv blaring. Do not recommend.

While it may be very difficult to hear that we have failed to take care of our guests in a satisfactory manner, we very much appreciate such feedback so that we may seek ways to improve future guest experiences. When we are made aware that guests are behaving in a noisy fashion that is disturbing to other guests, we quickly seek to remedy the situation.
