Good place. They were doing some remodeling which limits it some areas but overall it was a very positive experience.

Below normal Holiday Inn suites standards
Posted Feb. 25, 2024 on HotelsCheck in took forever because we went thru hotels.com instead of direct to the hotel. We arrived at midnight, so that made it worse that it took so long. After checkin, we entered the hotel thru the side door and immediately entered a construction zone. The hallway was taped off like we weren’t supposed to be back there but the side door let us enter…. There was a cockroach in the room as well as a spider in the bathroom. Cold water pressure in the sink was not even enough to brush teeth.
Breakfast in the morning was a mixture of stale pastries and your typical reheated frozen omelette… we quickly went to MCD for breakfast instead. It was not super expensive, so I didn’t expect a lot, but it just seemed like it was below the standard I normally get at holiday inn suites.

The staff was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. My son and I traveled alone and they made us feel safe and made it enjoyable and comfortable. Loved it

Easy to get to. Property is good except putting a guest staying two nights right next to an area that’s torn apart and workers start drilling and pounding at 7am isn’t good.!

Carpet in the room was sticky! Like it was shampooed and they left the soap on it. Very unpleasant
