Terrible

I arrived late. They left my key in a safe outside - but hadn’t given me the code to open it!! There was a phone number on the window which did not work. I had to drive back to Stuttgart to get an airport hotel at 1am. Terrible

Check in was fast and efficient. Anne at the front desk was exceptionally competent and friendly. She went out of her way to ensure we were happy. Spa facilities were relaxing, and the salt grotto was unique.

Wunderbar. Modere Zimmer, ruhig, toller Welnessbereich. Komme wieder. Frühstück auch vom allerfeinsten und sehr auswahlreich. Kostenlose Parkplätze.

Check out Zeit 10 Uhr ist etwas zu früh. Frühstück geht leider auch nur bis 10 Uhr, daher war es nicht machbar.
