The location is convenient. The facility is pet friendly. There is an indoor pool; however, it does not open until 12pm, which eliminated use the day of departure. There was an issue with the bathroom facilities and we were told we could use the lobby restroom. We were then offered a plunger, which we had to use and fix the toilet ourselves. Breakfast was good.

There was a slug and a spider the size of a half dollar on the floor and there were bed bugs on the pillows and the bed . When I told the employee at the front desk he said that was impossible because they clean every day, and he accused me and my husband of bringing them in with us. The employee was rude and yelled at me and my husband. The outside seemed very sketchy. The handicap spots are not up front but if you are a diamond member of the hotel you can park close to the building . This makes absolutely no sense.
