Hotel hallways were filthy. In the shower the shelf was hanging off the wall. In the elevator the ceiling was caving in. This hotel was dirty and was not well maintained, I would recommend avoiding it if possible

My first room smelt like a chain smoker had been living in there for the last month. So we had to wait 45 minutes for a new room, that at least smelt fine, but was dirty. I overheard other guest complaining about how their room was dirty as well. I was overall very dissatisfied, this is not the first time I have stayed here, but it will likely be the last unless something changes.

Rooms could use some minor TLC , part of the square lampshade was completely missing the corner baseboard missing the shower corners could use some bleach, AC is both my room and other family’s room rattles . Hotel is clean and staff was very accommodating and kind.

The facility was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was well prepared. Unfortunately, one young staff member had a young child about two years old to whom she fed breakfast. Apparently she needed to take him to her daycare provider immediately after she fed him so she left the hotel. When we tried to checkout we learned that she was the only person on desk duty. We waited at the desk for approximately 10 minutes until we finally found another staff member in the breakfast area. That staff member came to the desk, but said she did not know how to provide us with our receipt for our payment. Very disconcerting and unprofessional.

Horrible place !!!

Horribly dirty and run down, garbage in the elevator. Stained comforter. Toilet paper holder was broken. Room was humid when we arrived. Mold in the vents of the heater a/c unit just disgusting. Breakfast was ok staff were nice. Would not recommend. Accidentally I want a credit from Hotels.com!!! I’ll be following up with pictures!!

Never again!

There was 💩 on the bed spread and the floor was dirty! We have stayed in Hampton Inn in all 50 states and this is the only one that we will never stay in again! Hall way carpet on the 4th floor was dirty! It need to be shut down! It gives Hampton Inn a bad name!😠
