"The hotel was conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from the Basmane Gar train station. The staff were extremely helpful; they let us drop our luggage early (8:00 am) and invited us to have breakfast. The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Laundry service was provided at a reasonable price. When we checked out, they let us leave our luggage before our departure."

"We arrived to a lot of work being done , lotsof rubbish outside . Stairwell blocked with old cupboard and plaster all over the floor and dust and dirt everywhere. Our bedroomfloor was dirty and bathroom was a mess. Mirrors all splashed and water mars on . Curtains dropping down, mosquito nets broken. Towel rail and toilet roll holders all broken. Our too. Was only cleaned once. I asked why but no reply . Wont be going back again ."
