Located just a minute from the charming Bishopthorpe Road and a short 10-minute stroll along the River Ouse to the city centre, this beautiful and modern historic property is ideal for couples, small groups, or families looking to explore York.

Our charming terraced home offers a blend of original features, including a fireplace and plenty of natural light, creating a peaceful retreat in the heart of York.

The front living room features a double sofa, armchair, and Smart TV for relaxation, while the open second reception room offers an industrial chic vibe with additional seating, a dining table, and another TV.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, and washing machine. A bathroom with a shower completes the space.

Upstairs, you'll find two spacious double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and original features like stripped floorboards and fireplaces. All linens and toiletries are hotel quality for your comfort. Outside, enjoy a small courtyard for summer relaxation or bike storage.

All our toiletries and linen is up to hotel standards so you'll fine nice and rest during your stay. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Sainsbury's Local and Costcutters less than 5 minutes walk away on Bishopthorpe Road.

Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged ÂŁ100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

Gorgeous house in a lovely area of York and easily walkable to the town centre. However, there are some 'lively' neighbours so this property is possibly best suited to adults rather than families.
