Mostly good
Good layout, and a calm quiet location. Very close to everything, and great options for shopping.
The kitchen is not very well equipped, but that wasn't a problem for us, since we're moving here, I had a lot of my own kitchen stuff.
My main complaint was the bed. It is a cheap coil mattress. The type that collapses a bit when you sit on the edge. It is quite hard. A good quality mattress topper would go a long was to making this flat more liveable. This is why I wouldn't recommend this flat to others.
Everything else in the flat is fine.
