Bootham Luxury Apartments is a new top-quality development of a Grade 2 listed Georgian building, located in quiet, tree-lined Bootham Terrace; a prime location close to York City Centre.
Permit parking for one car (provided free) is available on the street, and access to the building is via three shallow steps.
York Minster is less than a 10-minute walk, on the flat, with the historic city centre just beyond.
York Railway Station is also an easy 10-minute walk, across the river, via the newly upgraded Scarborough Bridge.

Bootham Luxury Apartments Flat 2 is our gorgeous one-bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor of this historic building. Entering the apartment, you will find a comfortable lounge area, with a luxury interior. We've provided a large sofa, that can be made into a super-king-size bed, providing ample space for two extra guests to sleep comfortably if required. The lounge also offers a Smart TV and high-speed free Wi-Fi for your stay.
The spacious bedroom has a king-size bed with luxury furnishings, hotel quality bed linen and towels for your use, and provides the perfect space for you to rest after a day exploring our beautiful city. A hairdryer and ironing facilities are also provided.
The stylish, fully equipped kitchen area is complete with an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave for your use. All the pots, pans and utensils needed to make a simple meal are provided. A dining area for four guests is provided, in which you can enjoy a home-cooked meal.
The stylish, modern bathroom contains a walk-in shower.

Stayed for two nights at bootham luxury apartments. Beautifully decorated and only a short walk to the shambles. Only issue we had was the shower was a bit dribbly and then made the floor quite wet. And also couldn't get apps on the tv to work as it kept buffering. But other than that everything was perfect. Would stay again.
